Privacy notice
1. Who is responsible
Hadavin is the trading name of Veera Rakesh Kethari, sole proprietor, India. Contact: sales@hadavin.com.
2. What I collect
What you type in the contact form (name, email, company, your task, budget), and the time you sent it. If you email me, your email and its contents.
3. Why, and the legal basis
Only to reply to you and discuss a possible project. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering your request, or the steps you ask for before a contract. You don't have to give these details, but I need your name, email and task to reply. In Canada, by sending the form you consent to this use. No automated decisions are made about you.
4. Who processes it for me
Cloudflare (website hosting, form storage, and forwarding email sent to my address), and Google (the Gmail inbox that forwarded email arrives in).
5. Transfers
I am in India, so your details are processed in India, and my providers may process them in the US, the EU and other countries, where courts and authorities may be able to access them under local law. For UK and EU data, I rely on the European Commission's and the UK's standard contractual clauses (my providers' data processing terms). Email me for a copy.
6. How long
Form messages are deleted from form storage after 180 days. Email is kept while we are in contact and deleted within 12 months after it ends, unless we start a project.
7. Technical data
Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver and protect the site. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your colour-theme choice is stored only in your own browser.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your details, or restrict or object to their use, by emailing sales@hadavin.com. I reply within one month (30 days in Canada and Australia). If you have a complaint, email me first; I reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority: the ICO (UK), your national authority (EU), the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the OAIC (Australia).
9. Changes
If this notice changes, the date above changes too.
